The villa in the background with the courtyard
Villa Henderson is a location south of the Henderson Military Base and west of the Makeshift Hospital in Henderson and featured in Dead Island: Riptide. It was the residence of the mayor of Henderson and its namesake. Eva is found here trapped above a café, giving the heroes the rescue quest The Dead Can't Dance. Afterwards, she makes her way to the Makeshift Hospital, leaving the Villa abandoned to the zombies.
Layout[]
The villa is a grand building and one of the larger areas of Henderson. It has many entrances to the area, many of which have stone and tiled archways over them, making the whole area feel very upper class. There's a large courtyard area in front of the main building, which has beautiful tiling and a large circular fountain in front of it, nearly identical to that found in front of the Bank of Henderson. There's a small vender trailer to one side while the main house dominates the back of the courtyard. The house is a café, with seating and a covered area out the front as well as an upper balcony for more seating. There's a smaller house to the side, next to the café, which also has more seating in front of it as well as the electrical box for the villa.
Notes[]
- A Screamer often spawns here with some Walkers and Infected each time you pass through the location.
- This location has one of the higher concentration of zombies in Henderson, as even after saving Eva and turning off the music, there's still at least 10 Walkers here, along with a several of Infected and the Screamer.
- A Cash Register is found inside the café.
- Dr. JJ Evans' Clinic, a dead zone, is found next to the café.
- Eddie the Zombienator can be found just north, visible from the courtyard, giving his side quest Superhero.
Trivia[]
- The sign for the café reads 'Café Kiev', despite the building not being the actual Café Kiev. This is likely just a reuse of the original Dead Island assets.
