Trust me, I'm a doctor is a challenge in Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide. It requires the Hero to revive one of their teammates in co-op a certain amount of times. It can be done with any Hero in any co-op game with any number of other players. The person can be downed in any way, so long as you are the one reviving them.

Levels[]

  • 15 teammates need to be revived for level 1 and the reward is 2,000 XP.
  • 50 teammates need to be revived for level 2 but no reward is given.
  • 100 teammates need to be revived for level 3 and the reward is 15,000 XP.
  • 250 teammates need to be revived for level 4 but no reward is given.

Notes[]

  • The person you are reviving can be downed in any way, whether it's via a zombie, human or environmental cause, it will all count towards the challenge if you revive them.
  • It can be completed with just a single teammate if you wanted. There's no limit to how many times you can revive one person, so if you have one person constantly being downed you can constantly revive them to make progress with the challenge.

Trivia[]

  • The title of this challenge is a reference to Doctor Who as it's similar to the phrase he always says: "Trust me, I'm the Doctor".
  • The title of this challenge also shares the same name as the song "Trust me, I'm a Doctor" by the Irish band The Blizzards and the song "Trust me, I'm a Doctor" by the English Punk band G.B.H.
