The One is a legendary Maiming weapon featured in Dead Island 2. A variant of the Claymore, it is awarded for completing the side quest Beacon of Hope in Hollywood Boulevard after completing the main story.

- Both the weapon's design and the description are a reference to The Kurgan, the main antagonist from the first Highlander film.
- The weapon's name "The One" is also a reference to the series, as "The One" is the title given to the final surviving Immortal at the end of "The Gathering", a multi-century battle tournament between all of them.
