The Sugar Cane Knife is a variant of the Cane Knife and a sharp weapon featured in Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide. It can be sold by various Merchants and found in Metal chests or on killed Zombies.

- Florencio Morales at the Warehouse can sell one after completing his side Quest Spicy Drinks.
- Eric Cotner, Kurt Keeble and Cahaya Dian in Moresby can all sell Sugar Cane Knives.
- In Riptide, Batram at Mataka Village can sell one before he disappears.
