Space Fox 2250 is a TV and movie series that was being filmed at Monarch Studios prior to the outbreak occurring in Los Angeles. Not long before the outbreak reach Monarch Studios, the cast were doing a signing event at Meet-Cute Corner at the front of the studio where fans could come and get autographs of the cast. Space Fox 2250 was being recorded at Sound Stage 4 at Monarch Studios.

- Various survivors and even some of the Slayers are known to be fans of the show or cast members in it:
- Jacob is a huge fan of the franchise, talking to Sarah and Sebastian in character as if he were a member of their crew.
- Dani is a fan of Sarah, being excited when she meets her and asking for an autograph.
- Kai at the Blue Crab Grill in Venice Beach recognised Sarah by her voice when she broadcast on the radio, and was disappointed that his fellow survivors didn't know what the show was, even going as far as to say that if they found any Space Fox DVDs, they would watch them all.
- Sebastian Bukowski is a big fan of the franchise, as according to Sarah, he goes to every convention where Space Fox has a presence and even has a full scale working replica of the robotic dog from the franchise, DD-09.
