Visible from the mountaintop when you first reach it during Mission 4 - Marathon. The lighthouse can be seen in the distance near the village that Linda points out. Alternatively, it can be seen from the staff village during Mission 6 - Stories of the Dead or the multiple times you start off on the mountaintop in subsequent missions.
