The tape used for the research logs
Research Log 5 is the fifth collectible research log that can be found in Escape Dead Island and is one of the 12 collectible logs found on Narapela island. It is required for the achievement/trophy Horror Stories.

Just after the area with the body bags in the Blue Sector after finding the katana. After going through the button mash door, the log is behind some boxes in the hallway after the door, pretty easy to spot.
