Provided you can find some sharp pieces of iron and some bolts you'll be able to turn most of the clubs into a killer mace straight from the middle ages. Bountiful Bleeding guaranteed!
In Dead Island, the mod is located in the Russian's Bunker in the Jungle in Act III, next to the radio on the table in the turret. In Dead Island: Riptide, the mod is located in the Catacombs of The Fort of Henderson, accessible during the main quest The Crash.

Notes

• It you miss collecting the mod when in the Catacombs of The Fort of Henderson, there's no way of collecting it unless completing the game and starting again, as the catacombs will become inaccessible after leaving them. To avoid this, search the area and collect the mod before leaving.
• When applied to the weapon, the name becomes 'Razor [WEAPON]', e.g. Razor Scottish Dirk or Razor Kanabo.
