A Propane Cutter is a Rare Modification Item featured in Dead Island: Riptide. Despite being classified as a rare modification item, it is not used in any weapon mods. Instead it is only used in one team quest, being Upping the Odds for Sam B III. It appears as an unlabelled yellowed box with duct tape wrapped around it to keep it closed.
