The Nail Bomb is a Curveball featured in Dead Island 2. It is found in the open apartment on the second floor of the Thalia Residences in Ocean Avenue. This is also the same apartment the player meets up with Tisha and her friends during the main quest The Search for Truth. Alternatively, you can buy it from Ezekiel for $1500.
Once thrown, it will explode with sharpnel after a few seconds. It will deal slight damage to any zombie in its vicinity, inflicting bleed damage as well as the Bleeding status effect. It is effective against crowds but is useless when used on Spiky Walkers and Spiky Runners who are immune to bleed damage.

- The Nail Bomb in the apartment can be picked up before you are tasked with finding Tisha during The Search for Truth. In fact, the apartment is opened as soon as you enter Ocean Avenue, meaning it can be picked up before visiting the Serling Hotel.
