Mutated Hearts are superior rarity parts used for customizing weapons in Dead Island 2.

Locations

• Looted off of killed Mutators.

• Mutated Hearts can be farmed by visiting a Mutator Hotspot. After killing the Mutator, exit to the main menu and reload to make the Mutator respawn.
