"Micheal" is a hostile survivor mentioned in Ryder White's Campaign. Along with a group led by Titus Kabui released the Rebels from their prison cells. Given command over the group of armed former inmates he is tasked with capturing Ryder in order to bring him to Titus alive.
He pursues Ryder and his wife Emily to the roof when they try to escape. Michael confronts Ryder on the roof intending to kill him for what he did to his men. Before he can do so he is shot and killed in a Prison Guard ambush. A total of eighty bullets rip through his body killing him instantly. His corpse is then left on the rooftop.
