Metzger "Skullcrusher" Sloat is a Boss Zombie featured in Dead Island: Riptide. Metzger was a cannibal on trial for murdering 32 teens and eating the remains. Metzger was a sick and twisted human being, as when the outbreak reached Henderson, he saw that zombies were eating humans and couldn't wait to get in the action. He got bit knowing he would come back as one of them and made his way back to his hideout, where he became a Wrestler
Appearance[]
Metzger is a middle aged bald man with a clean shaven face. He wears a hockey mask and a pair of blue jeans that have almost completely dissolved with no shirt. He's covered in blood and red veins, and his right arm and leg are grotesquely swollen. He has a smaller mass on his right shoulder, and his stomach is ripped open, exposing his intestines. The bottom of his mask is broken, exposing his swollen jaw.
