Location[]

On the beach at Santa Monica after defeating Butcho the Clown. After defeating Butcho the Clown and escaping the end of the pier, the Slayer will wake up on the beach in daytime, and the message in a bottle is in the sand next to you.

Transcript[]

O, such a cruel hand that Fate has dealt me! Denied VIP evacuation by tasteless mouth-breathers playing soldier. A media blackout preventing contact with my vast online audience. And ravenous beasts, who gorge rather than savor their prey, prowling every avenue of escape!

And so now I, Anthony R. Oliver, premier online food connoisseur of West California, sit alone -- stranded in a cesspool that I have repeatedly deemed "the most overrated seafood establishment in the City of Angels". Such irony, that my sole salvation would be found hiding on the Pier at the bottom of "the Bucket".

Still, this pedestrian joke of a "Seafood Company" is not completely without merit. My defenses hold firm, and even garbage is ambrosia to the starving man. And their barely adequate wine selection has granted me the means to bypass the restrictions of technology and send word out of this city!

Should help not reach me soon, I fear these walls shall become my mausoleum. Should these words reach safer shores, send your cavalry to the Santa Monica Pier and save me. Save my city!

And should these be my final words, may the world remember the name of Anthony R. Oliver, who stomached the very worst this city had to offer.
