The Market District, called in-game the Supermarket District, is a location featured in Dead Island within the city of Moresby. Prior to the outbreak it acted as the hub for merchants of the city who either couldn't afford a permanent shop or who were travelling traders.
Layout[]
The area is your typical marketplace, a large paved area just off to the side of a crossroads. Langar Road runs to one side while two of the sides lead to some of the slum housing of Moresby. The shops themselves are very run down, consisting of some rough, damaged walls which mark out the area of a stall which is then covered in a scrap metal roof. Some basic pathways lead between the stalls which have got a collection of various tables for displaying goods.[1]

- A Workbench is located under one of the stools.
- Next to it is a metal chest.
- ID Card #45 can be found near the entrance to the crossroads, next to a propane tank.
- Not far from the workbench you can find the Juggernaut Gauntlets Mod.
