"Light my fire" is one of the Achievements and Trophies available in Dead Island.

To earn this Achievement/Trophy, the players must set 10 zombies on fire simultaneously.

  • Acquire a Molotov cocktail from one of the various turn-ins or merchants. Go to the city of Moresby, look for a crowd of zombies, and attract them. If you don't get exactly 10, just keep running around looking for more, or if some of them branch off and walk away, just kick, shoot, or otherwise attack them them, or run near them. When you get enough, jump onto a car or truck and throw the Molotov. It might hurt or even kill you, but the Achievement/Trophy should unlock just the same, as long as all the zombies are set on fire before you die.
    • A good piece of advice is to use a Meat Bait so all the zombies will go toward the bait instead of trying to kill you. This makes precision and counting the zombies far easier.
    • In the middle of the southernmost area of Moresby, there's a small beach where you can always find a large crowd of infecteds all crammed together, with more than enough to easily obtain this achievement in just one try.

  • Though it will likely happen anyway, you do not have to kill the zombies for the achievement to unlock. The achievement is unlocked the moment you cause ten or more zombies to be set on fire at the same time.
