Large Nail is a miscellaneous item that can be found in Dead Island. This is not to be confused with Nails. It's used for a small amount of weapon modifications, or can be sold to merchants. It appears as a single, large metal nail by itself. The nail is well kept, with no rust, damage or broken point.
