Kate White is the daughter of Colonel Ryder White and Doctor Emily White. She is also the sibling of Pam White.
She is found out about in Ryder White's Campaign DLC, when Emily White makes her tearful farewell to Ryder she says: "Tell Kate and Pam their mommy loves them."
