Jorge Tesoro is a survivor located in Henderson in Dead Island: Riptide. Jorge is first encountered in his shop in south Henderson just west of the the sea market. To enter, the Hero must kill a couple of Walkers trying to get into the shop.
Once inside, Jorge will tell the Hero about how he was planning the perfect robbery of the Bank of Henderson, before being cut out by his partners. He asks the Hero to visit the bank and find to try to gain entry to the vault by giving the Hero the quest, Perfect Plan.
Once his quest is complete, he will then give the hero his continuous quest A Collector, where he asks the hero to bring him diamonds in exchange for a lot of cash per diamond.

Jorge is a middle aged man with brown hair and a small beard. He wears with a dirty white button up shirt, brown trousers held by a black belts, and black dress shoes. He also wears a brown Stetson with a white stripe around the middle.
Notes[]
- He pays more per diamond than if you were to sell them to a normal merchant. He buys them for $991 per diamond.
- The door to Jose's place needs to be breached each time you arrive, as if the game didn't recollect you going there prior.
- Zombies spawn outside of his shop often, aware of him being inside.
