James "Jimmy" Montana is a survivor featured in Dead Island 2. A Hollywood Star, he can be found in the Serling Hotel in Ocean Avenue.
Background[]
Jimmy was the lead star of the popular TV show "The Badge" and even had his own trailer in Monarch Studios. This changed like many people when the outbreak started in LA. It is unknown how, but he found his way to Ocean Avenue and constantly butts heads with Dr. Reed over who should be in charge.
The Slayers first encounter Jimmy after the main quest The Final Gauntlet with Jimmy arguing with Dr. Reed about needing more supplies and allowing Tisha to go out an collect supplies. Later in the mission "The Search for Truth", he enters Reuben's office when he escapes and discovers the Slayers' immunity and the experiment done. He destroys the Blood Drive but not before finding out where Reuben went. Jimmy also plays a big role in the side mission "More Than The Badge", where a runaway group Jimmy made stole supplies and set off the fire alarm as payback. Afterwards, he apologizes and tries to be a better person and leader.

Jimmy is a middle aged to older man with short slicked back black hair and a full goatee. He wears a white floral button up shirt, a black t-shirt, dark blue jeans held by a brown cowboy belt, and brown dress shoes. He also wears orange tinted square glasses, a gold chain necklace, and a gold watch on his left wrist.
Trivia[]
- Due to his appearance, particularly his facial structure and facial hair, it was speculated that Jimmy might have actually been Kevin "Charon" Barrister reappearing from the old games. This was then disproven when the game released.
