The Incendiary Walker is a zombie featured in Dead Island 2. They are variants of the Walker and are commonly found around military compounds in Beverly Hills and Venice Beach.
Overview[]
Incendiary Walkers are former military personnel distinguished by their standard-issue military uniforms and the high-pressure fuel tanks affixed to their backs. When the tank is damaged, gasoline leaks out, drenching the walker and creating a flammable puddle in the surrounding area. This vulnerability allows players to capitalize on environmental hazards—using explosives or fire-based weaponry to ignite the fuel and set the walker ablaze.
If the tank sustains significant damage in a short period, it will detonate, triggering a fiery explosion that engulfs all zombies within the blast radius. Despite their volatile nature, Incendiary Walkers exhibit behavior identical to that of standard Walkers; they are slow-moving and attempt to grab nearby players. While they pose little direct threat on their own, their combustible properties make them valuable for inflicting fire damage on groups of enemies.

Incendiary Walkers share the same military uniform as normal military Walkers, with the addition to a black hood, red safety goggles, and black gloves. The fuel tanks strapped to their backs are colored red and a flamethrower gun can be seen hanging on the right side of their waists.
