ID Card #03 is a collectible item in Dead Island, and can be found in the Resort map of Act I. It is part of the My collectibles, let me show you them! challenge, and the Gotta find'em all and Nearly there achievements.

ID Card 02: At the end of a long pier east of the Lifeguard Tower, in the beach bar hut, on a counter above a weapon chest.
ID Card 03: On the windowsill of a lifeguard stand on the shoreline.
ID Card 04: Located on the beach on the eastern coastline near the Silver bungalows. The ID is on top of a newspaper, which is on a blue beach towel near a burnt out fire.
