The Helipad is a location featured in Escape Dead Island. It is located on one of the higher peaks of Narapela Island and was one of the ways supplies was brought to the island. Cliff Calo has to go here to collect the final security keycard to get access to the labs main keycard in the security office at the airfield.
Layout[]
The helipad is a relatively small area at the top of the mountain. A freight elevator bring supplies to and from the area, while a single road gives vehicle access to the small concrete paved compound that acts as a car park and delivery area. There's a couple of concrete buildings dotted around that likely hold the electronic equipment for air traffic control and maintenance of the helicopter. The helipad itself is good for small to medium sized helicopters. Underneath the helipad proper is a small metal gondola that is connected to the Crown Residence, used for maintenance as well as likely being used by the Crown family as a quick way from their villa to the helipad to board a private helicopter. It is powered by a small electric motor which pulls it up and down between the two locations.
