- Wayne at the Lifeguard Tower in the Resort can sell them.
- Javier Wimsatt at the Lighthouse in the Resort can sell one.
- Rodrigue in Saint Christopher's Church in Moresby can sell them.
- Florencio Morales in the Warehouse can also sell them after completing his side Quest Spicy Drinks.
