Geo Pharm Medic is a survivor in Dead Island: Riptide. He accompanies Frank Serpo when the Heroes are detained and when they are being tested on. He states that Yerema is a more "complicated" case.
When the ship is overrun and crashes, the doctor's fate is unknown. It is unclear if he left in the helicopter with Serpo, was infected on board, or died when the ship crashed.

The Medic is an older man with balding grey hair and a clean shaven face. He wears white overalls with black boots and a white belt. He also wears white-rimmed glasses.
