GeoPharm File 3 is the third collectible GeoPharm file that can be found in Escape Dead Island and is one of 28 such files that can be found across Narapela.

Up a hill overlooking the pathway through the jungle from the beach to the mountaintop during Mission 10 - Faith. You need the grappling hook and, after coming down from the mountaintop at the beginning of the mission, head to where the small wooden footbridge is and go right just before crossing it, towards the picnic area. There's a grappling point you can use, go up there and head right at the top. The file is in the open overlooking the walkway. Watch out for the Butcher that patrols this area during this mission.
