The GeoPharm Complex is a location featured in Escape Dead Island. It's one of the largest areas taken up on Narapela Island and is home to the GeoPharm Labs. A lot of the complex is jungle within the fenced off area though there are various supporting buildings, the main lab which sprawls underground, the Underwater Labs as well as a main road which travels through the area. Cliff Calo passes through the complex many times during his bid to get off the island since the complex is near the centre of the island and the road passes through it.

The complex is mostly jungle, lush and leafy which shrouds most of the surrounding areas, making the complex seem smaller than it likely actually is. Various vehicle tunnels lead under mountains and connect the lab complex with surrounding support location such as the Airfield and Marina which would supply the complex with food, amenities and new research. However these tunnels are in various states of decay, with the tunnel to the airfield partially collapsed and the one connecting the marina filled with toxic gas. There are also several natural caves, such as the one that links the complex with the Mountaintop. Other unmarked paths lead away from the main road and pathways through the jungle to support buildings, such as the one that accesses the Underwater Labs.

- Depending on which point of the story the player is at, different enemies will appear, ramping up in difficulty with each passing.
- When first coming through on the way to the airfield during Mission 5 - A Fighting Chance, only some Infected, Shamblers and Bouncers will hinder Cliff's progress.
- Next time, while coming through during Mission 6 - Stories of the Dead, there will now be more Infected, Shamblers and a Spitter or two.
- Mission 7 - Beauty and the Beast will have more Spitters than before.
- A Siren now resides here during Mission 8 - Devan as well as Infected and Spitters.
- Finally, during Mission 10 - Faith a Butcher is found hiding in the jungle where the entrance to the Underwater Labs is.
- The point of the GeoPharm Complex is unclear, as there's not much here that's not covered by the GerPharm Labs.
- The GeoPharm Complex could be including the Underwater Labs, since they do not fall under any other location.
