GOAT Pen Troy is a named Runner featured in Dead Island 2. He is a zombified member of the GOAT Pen crew and first met by the Slayers during the main quest Call the Cavalry, where they need to cut through GOAT Pen in Bel-Air. He spawns on the roof of the gym.

• He drops a GOAT Pen Keycard when killed.
• He respawns upon loading the game until you have collected a GOAT Pen Keycard.
• He deals 13% more damage than a regular runner.
• He has 130% more HP than a regular runner.
• He rewards 38 XP upon death.
