Frankie "The Scourge" O'Hara is a Boss Zombie encountered in one of Henderson's Dead Zones in Dead Island: Riptide. He is a Grenadier that is protected by a group of Infected and Walkers along with a Suicider and a Screamer. Frankie believed in what the Company was trying to accomplish. He trusted that the biohazard suit he received would protect him from mutagens. Unfortunately, the Company lied, and he became a Grenadier.
Appearance[]
Frankie wears a blue full bodysuit with a biohazard sign on the left pectoral. He also wears a black gasmask, black gloves, black boots, a small belt with two vials clipped onto it, and a pouch on the back. His physical appearance is unknown since the suit completely covers him. On the left side, the suit is ripped, revealing right red boils.

- His name may be a reference to the American poet, Frank O'Hara.
- He is the only Grenadier wearing a unique blue Hazard Suit.
- His suit doesn't appear as tattered as other Hazard Suits, the only thing ripped is his left leg and a missing glove, revealing a bloody hand.
- He is the only Boss Zombie that isn't rated as the maximum threat level.
