Francesca Bloom is a survivor and trader featured in Dead Island 2.

Background[]

She is located at her home in Beverly Hills. Her personality suggests that she either stayed or couldn't leave LA during the early days of the outbreak and suffered mentally for it. She painted her house and most of her possessions red making it a notable land mark. It can be found to the right after entering the zone from Bel-Air and going past an information board. She becomes available as a trader once the Body Art: The Visionary has been completed. When doing her quests, she is always seen painting with a severed hand and talking about her artistic ways. Later on, when you finally finish her quests, she isn't in her garage anymore, but in her yard that is now open. She will be admiring her own work, which is a corpse on a horse made out of body parts attached to wooden beams that keep it standing.

Appearance[]

Francesca is a middle to older aged woman with chin length red hair in a small braid lying on her left shoulder. She wears a witch costume consisting of an orange blouse, a dirty yellow skirt with a pattern on the hem, a brown jacket, and brown long sandals. She has blood all over her hands and blouse, and also wears a brown witches hat, a black belt with a large silver buckle around her waist, and a pair of brown wristbands on both of her wrists.

Most of her house is painted red with even miscellaneous things like her plants painted too.
Her house's red color is a recent thing as after getting accessed to her yard you can find sections of her house in its original paint.
Her house might be covered in blood due to the red trail in her drive way, its unknown how see got it all though.
After completing all her quests, Francesca is cold towards the slayers.
She can be seen as a morbid version of Svetlana from the original Dead Island.
Newspapers of Emma Jaunt can be found in the ground near her home.
Francesca was invited to join Haus, but she turned down the offer by sending an empty canvas to represent her interest in joining Haus.
Some of her paints resemble some of the graffiti and symbols related to the autophage it is unknown it this means she's a numen or understands what the outbreak really is.
