Super 25 from the side
Super 25 is the designation of a helicopter featured in Dead Island. It appears to be a helicopter used by the Moresby police force which has been requisitioned by the B.I.D.F for use during the zombie outbreak.
Dead Island[]
Super 25 is first seen on the roof of the Banoi Maximum Security Prison awaiting the extraction of Colonel Ryder White and his wife, Emily. It is guarded by a number of BIDF Soldiers along with Ryder himself who went back to the Prison to collect his already infected wife.
The Heroes defeats the soldiers and subsequent Infected released by White and confronts him on the helipad where Super 25 is waiting. However, Ryder refuses to take any of the survivors with him, trying to lie and say he'll take it to Australia and mass produce a cure. Ryder then is attacked by his wife, who was freed by Jin, prompting the Heroes to kill his mutated form. The game ends with the survivors boarding Super 25 and taking off with Kevin as the pilot while a storm begins to surge.
Ryder White's Campaign[]
In the DLC, Colonel Ryder White uses a similar helicopter to fly over the island towards Moresby in the beginning of DLC campaign, but due to the other one crashing, Super 25 is the one to rescue Ryder during the main quest Escape from Banoi. He is then being transported to a carrier off shore from Banoi Island, making up the military blockade force, when he contacts his wife to make sure she's able to be evacuated from the prison. When he finds out she's been bitten, Ryder orders the chopper to circle back and go to collect her from the Prison. Super 25 lands and tells Ryder to make it quick as they don't have much time. This makes it obvious that Super 25 is the chopper that the survivors escape on in the end of the original game.
Dead Island: Riptide[]
All new game descriptions state the chopper has been caught in a heavy tropical storm and two known things have been brought up. Either the chopper crashes due to the storm or it is forced to touch down on the military ship to ensure the safety of the survivors. Later they must ferry heavy supplies from the chopper to another destination.

- Super 25 and Super 64 are both the same helicopter model of different designations.
- Looking at the bodywork and markings of Super 25, it appears to be in police blue with the Moresby police logo on its fuselage. This means it's likely a police helicopter requisitioned by the B.I.D.F when the outbreak occurred.
- Another identical, unknown designation chopper crashes in the Resort area during Act I, triggering the main quest Black Hawk Down.

- Super 25 is likely a version of the famous French/European Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin, originally manufactured by Aérospatiale.
