Like other other dev mods, the No. 3 craft is more of a joke weapon mod than anything really serious. The mod is extortionate to craft, requiring $10,000 Cash, an Oleander and 5 Diamonds, the rarest of all the mod items, as well as being exceedingly high to repair at a workbench. The altar for the skull isn't too bad, if a little out the way in Bunker 06, however getting the skull itself can be a problem, as it is found in Alicia Jacobs' house in Moresby during the side quest Uninvited Guests and prior to Patch 1.3 it was impossible to re-enter the house if the quest was completed, though the change to make it accessible at any time helped alleviate this. What you get for this effort is essentially a poison modded knife that has a 100% crit chance. However, the knife is best used against Thugs where it can kill them in one hit due to the weapon applying the critical effect for far longer than any other weapon. It is essentially the poison version of Developer's No. 1 Craft.
