Denise is a survivor featured in Dead Island 2. She is located in Ocean Avenue on the third floor of the Serling Hotel in the safe area. She is first met by the Slayers at the end of the story quest The Final Gauntlet, when the Slayers reach the Serling Hotel. As the door guard, she points her rifle at the Slayers in warning until Dr. Reuben Reed clears them to enter.
After the Slayers have been allowed in, Denise is generally friendly to the Slayers, even more so after the subsequent story quest Plumbing the Depths, when the Slayers are tasked by her to find Bob, the janitor, to sort out the water supply to the Serling. After the Slayers are successful, she's happy that someone is finally helping out around the Serling to make it safer, more livable and more survivable. At some point, she threw out a bag belonging to Luther, who tasks the Slayers with retrieving it. She remains at the Serling for the rest of the game, guarding the main door.
