Death Row is a location in the Prison featured in the Ryder White's Campaign DLC of Dead Island. It is a row of highly secure cells, not unlike solitary confinement cells, that prisoners condemned to death would stay in until the electric chair in the execution room was ready for them. Ryder White passes through death row on his way to get some knock out gas to gas the heroes with when they enter the elevator with the cure. On the way, he has to kill some rebellious prisoners who have taken over the area as well as the zombies they let out after Ryder fights his way through them.

Death row consists of a single corridor which is flanked by cells all the way down it. There's a total of 8 cells, 4 on each side, which could house a single prisoner each, making a total of 8 prisoners who could be held here to await their execution. The cells themselves are small and cramped, with a solitary confinement style door which is a single, solid flat sheet of metal with no windows. There's also no windows to let light in, with just a small strip of bars above the door in to let light into the cell. The cell has just a bed, toilet and sink in it for the prisoners and no amenities of any kind such as a table or chair like normal cells have. Death row is connected via a small corridor to the execution room, meaning prisoners don't have far to go when their time comes.

- There's little of note to loot here other than the end cell nearest the door to the execution room having a lot of tally marks on the wall, indicating a prisoner being held there for well over several months and an open toolbox with a little bit of food in it.
- After the prisoners release the zombies trapped in the cells, when you go to leave via death row again, 2 Rams burst out from 2 of the cells. After killing them, you can see two doors that have been broken off their hinges, indicating the cells the Rams were in.
- When first meeting the Rams after the solitary cells have been opened, if you open the cell with "1" above the door and then open the toilet lid, you will see a hand sticking out of the toilet which is filled with blood. Scrawled on the lower part of the toilet below the bowl is the words "Don't Open, Dead Inside". This is a reference to The Walking Dead where the main protagonist, Rick, wakes up in a hospital and sees those same words written on a door before opening it and seeing zombies for the first time.
