Lost stories are collectibles that can be found in Escape Dead Island. After being collected, they can be viewed again from the gallery button on the main menu.

- Aaron Welles' Watch - Inside the Crown Residence during Mission 10 - Faith. It's in an open room to your left after you get the new mission objective 'find Faith Kimball'.
- GeoPharm Board Photo - Inside the Staff Office in the warehouse in the marina during Mission 3 - Echoes. The photo can be seen immediately to the right through a window after entering the offices.
- Keychain with Coins - It is found underneath the deserted hut on the beach.
- Newton's Cradle - In a small room locked behind a keycard door just before Dr. Branden's Lab in the GeoPharm Labs.
- Passport - In the hangar at the airfield during Mission 6 - Stories of the Dead.
- Patient's Bear - In the tunnel between the airfield and Crown Residence, behind a barricaded door during Mission 10 - Faith.
- Researcher's ID Card - At the entrance to the GeoPharm Labs. At the stairs, go to the far right of them between the ramp up and the wall. The ID Card is behind a cardboard box.
- Scientist's Diploma - Behind an overturned car in the entrance to the GeoPharm Labs.
- Scratched Crown Bobblehead - At the marina, behind a shipping containers near the docks.
- Secret Camera - On a chest of drawers in the top floor room of the Mysterious House in the Staff Village during Mission 6 - Stories of the Dead.
- Security Dogtags - At the Crown Residence during Mission 10 - Faith. After going down the stairs to access the basement door, go past it around to a swimming pool.
- Survivor Escape Plan - Inside the tunnel leading from the jungle to the helipad during Mission 10 - Faith.
