Dead Island Wiki

Bungalow 13 is a location featured in Dead Island. It is located in the Silver Bungalows district by the pools in front of the Hotel. The bungalow is intact on the outside and the front doors are closed but unlocked. Inside there is a dead body on the sofa with blood surrounding it on the floor, an evidential suicide. A suitcase is on the bed, either due to the person having just arrived on the island or from them hurrying to try and get away from the chaos before deciding to end it all instead.

Layout[]

Like all other bungalows in the Resort, the bungalow has a wooden construction, thatched roof, double doors main entrance and two smaller single side doors as alternate entrances. There are some closed windows around the area but while all the doors are closed they are unlocked, allowing free entrance to the bungalow.

Inside the bungalow is pretty standard, with the normal 3 room layout of a front main living room, a bedroom with the side door and a bathroom accessible via a small corridor which ends in the other side door. The bathroom is empty, like most of the other bungalow bathrooms, while the bedroom is of a normal layout with the single bed and some furniture and cabinets. There's a suitcase on the bed while some of the wardrobes can be looted. The front room is mostly untouched other than the dead body slumped on the sofa opposite the doorway to the bedroom. The body doesn't come alive, but the pool of blood and gun at its feet shows clearly that it was a suicide. Other than that detail, the bungalow is laid out normally some sofas to sit on, some random furniture and a table and chair.

Notes[]

  • You can find a metal chest on the outside of the bungalow.
  • A common rarity, levelled revolver is next to the dead body, reinforcing the idea that the person committed suicide.
  • It's unknown why this bungalow is accessible while most others are not. It does not come up in any quests and no quest givers are found inside.
