Bungalow 11 is a location featured in Dead Island. It is located in the Silver Bungalows District in front of the Hotel. This is the bungalow where John Sinamoi lived before the outbreak. During the main quest Passport to Life the Hero must enter the bungalow and search for a keycard in order to gain entrance to the Lifeguard Tower.[1]
Layout[]
Like all the other bungalows in the Resort, this one has the same basic layout, with wooden construction, a double door main entrance, two side doors for alternate entrance/exit and a pointed roof made of thatch. However, this bungalow has the added bonus of having a modest sized pool right in front of it, though that pool is now full of dead bodies and ankle deep in blood instead of water. The side doors are locked so the only way in is through the front door.[2]
Inside the bungalow, the layout is the same as the others, with a main, large living room which has a doorway to a bedroom with single bed, a short corridor to a side door and a small bathroom with a bath and toilet in it. However, there's a Walker on the floor of the living room and a radio is playing music from the table in the corner. The interior shows signs of either a struggle or someone leaving in a hurry, as stuff is strewn about and the electrical items are still on, like the TV. The bedroom is rather untouched, though a splash of blood is on the floor. The corridor light is on and a Walker is lying in wait in the bathroom to grab an unsuspecting victim. There's some life vests and a life ring up against the side door, showing that the bungalow did indeed belong to Sinamoi[2]
Notes[]
- You can find the first tape recorder, Tape Recorder 01, inside the bungalow, on a table in the living room.
- Many of the TV's are on, which means that someone, most likely the walker in the bathroom, had taken shelter inside the Bungalow.
- You can find a man named Ted B in a pool in front of the bungalow when you first arrive, however he will be gone for subsequent visits.
