Autodefenestration is an achievement/trophy available in Escape Dead Island. To unlock this it's very simple, just play through the game as normal and the achievement/trophy will unlock upon watching the ending cutscene of Mission 7 - Beauty and the Beast. Despite being a hidden achievement, nothing special needs to be done, found or collected to unlock it, just play though the game as normal.
