Anne's Bungalow is a location in Dead Island. It is one of the many bungalows scattered around the Resort, but for some reason it is not numbered like the others. Located in the Golden Bungalows district of the Resort, it is the safe haven of Anne Snider and Kim. Anne will give the hero the side quest Toy Story to retrieve her teddy bear named Teddy, while Kim requests water to quench her thirst with her continuous quest Nectar of Life. It's also the destination of the side quest Two Hearts, where Anne's sister Jennifer is looking for her.
Layout[]
Like all the Resort bungalows, it has a pretty standard layout and look, although a few things are changed. The bungalow is still made of wood with a thatched roof, double entry doors and two side doors on the left and right, as per the norm for Resort bungalows. However, this one has a dedicated pool out front with deck chairs. The sides of the bungalow are also covered by a wooden protector, giving some protection from the sun while entering/exiting the bungalow. There is also a fence and fancy entranceway at the rear of the bungalow, indicating that this bungalow and the one opposite it are some of the nicer bungalows in the district.
Inside the bungalow, the layout is the same. There's a main living room where the double doors are, a bedroom with one of the side doors, a short corridor leading to the other side door as well as a joining bathroom. However, the main door and the bedroom side door have been blocked and barricaded by the women hiding inside and all the windows have had wooden boards nailed over them. Another woman is passed out on the bed, while most movable furniture has been used to barricade the doorways.
Notes[]
- You need to break down the door every time if you want to get into the bungalow.
- There's a metal chest on the other side of the bungalow, located behind a stack of collapsed deck chairs.
- There's always a Walker banging on the door. You need to kill it before you can break down the door.
