The Airfield is a location featured in Escape Dead Island. The airfield consists of a concrete runway, security office, hangar and large door to the staff village. It would likely have serviced light aircraft which would only carry small amounts of supplies or collections of passengers, since something larger like a jet aircraft would not be able to land on the runway, which is too short and not wide enough for large passenger jets.
After Linda Waterson is bitten by a Bouncer, a plane with smoke trailing behind it goes past overhead of the player. The player then follows the smoke to the airfield, where Xian Mei is found in a small crashed bush plane on the airfield's runway. Cliff later uses the airfield as a base where Xian Mei directs him around the staff village to help him find three keycards to get into the GeoPharm labs.

The airfield revolves around a long concrete runway which which a collection of buildings at one end. The tallest of these is a wooden and metal control tower which has a radar dish on top of it. While the stairs up to it have been broken, we can assume that there's a collection of equipment for guiding light aircraft down to the runway. A corrugated metal hanger is where said light aircraft could be stored for the night, during bad weather or for repairs. To the other side of the runway, a large wooden vehicle door allows vehicle access to the adjoining staff village while next to that is a security office. This would process the goods and passengers being unloaded from the airfield, as well as making security checks on anyone coming through the staff village on foot. Xian Mei's aircraft has crashed into a metal fence which was stretched across the runway for some reason, and is now burning, preventing access to most of the runway.
